Rescue remedy pastilles do they work watch

I don’t like taking things I’ve not took before I was wondering if the Bach’s rescue remedy pastilles pick you up and don’t make you feel drowsy and tired through the day, I want to try them for my panic attacks and anxiety but I just want to know how they make you feel first

Here's the evidence regarding whether they work in general. (tldr: Probably not!)

This systematic review is from 2009 so pretty old, and there's been a couple of studies since which have shown some increased effectiveness as compared to a placebo in people with extremely high anxiety. With these recent studies I remain as unconvinced of the quality of the papers as the authors of the systematic review did of the body of evidence at the time they carried it out. As with so many things there's not really any incentive to do any quality research, the status quo where Holland and Barrett can flog you overpriced sugar pills and nice smelling oils is preferable for those with the resources to pay for research.

I doubt they would cause you any drowsiness and there's no real evidence of any nasty side effects (or any effects at all really!)
