I'm so tired these days, I think it's because I'm fearing that I'll fail my degree, I'm not good enough etc. I'm just having a major anxiety attack and I'm nervous, I have a presentation in a few days but I'm not ready because the anxiety is getting the better of me. It's not a proper presentation but it's in front of my peers.

I just need some advice on how to relax, really panicking right now.

Keep making sure you are taking care of yourself (eating and sleeping) as this can be the first thing you forget when you are studying.

It would also help to know where you are in your studies. Have you just started your degree or are you near the end?

Is the presentation assessed? If not (you say it is just for your classmates?), don't worry too much. Do the best work you can. It may help to rehearse it in front to friends before.

If your anxiety does become a huge problem, go visit your GP.
