I'm in Year 13, and this is a terrible time for my grades to drop. I've always been a high achieving student in the past, always getting A*s/As, but lately I've been getting Bs/Cs in topic tests at school. I've noticed I've been easily distracted lately too, and somewhat lazy, and I don't know why this is happening to me all of a sudden...

Does anyone have any advice on how I could get back on track with everything?

Create goals - i.e. that you want to get into a certain university.. will give your system a shock when you realise that right now you most likely won't be able to get in
