I'm glad I have family near buy to give me food and help with groceries otherwise I would starve

Shouldn't have applied so late then, should you?

Student Finance England have to process thousands upon thousands of applications each year, which takes time. This is the busiest period of the year, hence why you should always apply as early as possible in order to receive your finance on time.

It works both ways - you can't complain when you left it late yourself!

when I was signing up in may I didnt know which uni i would go to since I decided on a course change for UCAS. Theres a bit in applying for student finance which asks for uni details which I didnt have so I called up SF and they said to apply for it on results day when I know where I'm going. The passport thing was a mistake on my side

You should have applied for any university, and then changed it once you knew where you were going.. like practically every new student...

That way your finance would have been in place.
