I got my braces off two years ago and wore them 24/7 for two weeks and every night from then on as I was told. I wear them every night religiously but sometimes I find that my teeth shift ever so slightly during the day, not noticeable visibly but I notice when I put my retainer in. Is there something I should about this or is this just life (I'm 16 if that helps)

This is why you wear your retainer.

If you didn't then your teeth would shift and the whole thing would be a waste of time.

    Just keep it up.
