Do as many past papers as you can. Make sure you mark honestly and reflect on mistakes. Keep note of incorrect questions and answer them all just prior to your exam.

Past papers/sample papers as sometimes they like to bring up similar questions and you can get used to how you are supposed to answer the question.
Flashcards are meant to be good, and some people in my year found that recording themselves saying the information was useful, especially for history.

In my case, I used past papers and summarised all my notes for the subjects.

Also summary videos such as primrose kitten who summarises most of the science in 40 minutes helped me A LOT.
