Hi , I am 15 and I have recently started applying for sixth forms as I am in year 11. Most of the application asked about some sort of work experience and my school hadn't offered any, I really hadn't given it much thought. Now I have found my self trying to look for any sort of work experience but I am a bit lost, could someone help me?? By the way, I would love to pursue a career which is science related, so if the work experience had something to do with that it would be great. Thank you.

I went from one of the worst state schools to one of the best grammar schools for sixth form. I hadn’t done any work experience either but it was overlooked because I didn’t have the opportunity in the first place.
You don’t need work experience to get to sixth form, universities will also appreciate work experience completed in sixth form more than any completed before. So don’t do any till y12.
