Official TSR 'Promote your Blog' thread

Do you keep a blog that you feel might be of interest to the people of TSR? If so, promote it here!

There are no rules (aside from the usual site-wide ones), but a quick summary of what people can expect from your typical blog content may attract you more subscribers than a simple link.

The previous thread can be found here.

Hey guys! I blog (a little sporadically) about education & lifestyle at phoebedar.wordpress.com would love to get to know some other bloggers! I don't know about you guys but I find there's far less interaction on actual blogging platforms than I get on, say Tumblr, for example - such a shame imo though I suppose it makes some sense ^_^ any other education/lifestyle bloggers around?
https://itsactuallyhan.com/ I write about university and my experience with mental health, as well as some beauty related posts too

I posted my first post on my blog yesterday, so it's very new. The blog is basically going to discuss current affairs/media/feminism/anything I think is important to discuss. I aim not to be pretentious or boring, and want to make important topics accessible for young adults.

My first blog post was inspired by the debates following the most recent Venables allegations last month - I have written a post on whether child offenders should be given adult sentences.

I am already in the process of writing my next post which will discuss flaws in the feminist rhetoric in favour of smoking.

Here it is  http://www.currentchatblog.com/
What do you guys do to combat 'writers block'?
Any thoughts appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I'm a first year medical student blogging about about my journey of applying to Medicine and experiences through medical school as well as other things of interest to me.
Feel free to check out my blog here: lifeofamedic.com

My blog is divided into different sections, so if you don't want to root through the whole website, you might want to check out the link that applies to you:

•

Click here to read more about my medical school experience.

•

If you’re an aspiring medic, this section is full of advice for you (but if you’re interested to see what I did as a pre-med click here).

•

Are you simply a student after some study tips? Head over here.

•

And finally, if you’re after something completely unrelated to Medicine, make sure you check this page out.

Happy reading!

I've just started a lifestyle blog off the back of my instagram (www.instagram.com/astrud_turner) - I plan to blog about beauty, fashion, food and education mainly :h:

Thank you in advance!
Evening everyone!

I am completely new to the world of blogging, but would love to get involved and make it a real hobby! I've started off recently (today in fact) and would love for some people to give me a bit of advice and guidance.

It's main theme is medicine, but will hopefully be relevant to students on other courses as time goes on. Any tips and tricks from another blogger is greatly appreciated as I'm a little bit lost at the moment.

Please check it out if you have a spare few minutes and I'll return the favour. The URL is below:

Thank you! :colondollar:

Hi everyone,

I promoted my blog here a couple of days ago - I hope some of you checked it out, and if you did, I hope you liked it!

I'm posting again because my real dream is to have a blog in which other students can contribute to (and receive a certificate as evidence which can be used on a CV or portfolio, for example). I really want to do this as its something that has been at the back of my mind for quite some time!

You may contribute anything to the website - it may be about your application process to university; any tips and tricks for revision strategies; work experience; college life; university life etc. It can be about absolutely anything. All you need to do is send me the article you would like to submit to the website and you shall receive credit for your work (I won't alter any of it) and your name will be present on the article and you'll recieve a nice fancy certificate.

Articles can be only a couple of paragraphs long - I want to expand this to the wider student community! The blog is medical themed, but is completely open to any student who wishes to contribute - the more, the merrier! The URL is below and I look forward to hearing from you all

I write in depth posts on complex chemical topics, with a focus on biochemistry, and try to make heavy academic more accessible, with a target audience of slightly nerdy A level students.

Hi, my blog reviews books that are recommended for those applying to medicine. Hopefully, it will inspire you when you reflect on books you've read?
