Hey! I'm a ScotGEM student studying at the university of st andrews and university of dundee in scotland!

If you're an aspiring doctor thinking of applying to medicine, or you've done a degree and are applying as a graduate either to standard medicine courses or specific graduate entry medicine (GEM) courses, I have been writing about what helped and what didn't help during my process to getting into medical school. I'm just writing in my free time so nothing serious but it might give you ideas about how to study for things like the UKCAT or GAMSAT and provide a useful way of finding resources that will help you in your studies!

Have a look!

Hi there,I have a new blog post. And I would like to share with you. Its about first aid. Imagine this: You haven't taken a first aid course, your friend is not breathing, you've called 999 but responders are 10 minutes away. What should you do?What are some useful things to know for first-aid situations that you’re not taught at a first-aid course? If you want read more you can find it here https://www.sirentraining.co.uk/sire...d-training/Let me know what you think.

Hi Guys,

I interviewed 100 graduates 10 years out of university about their career paths and their advice for a younger generation.

Some of the interviews and insights as well as other career advice articles are on my blog:

www.1000yearsofcareeradvice.com

There is some great advice offered by the interviewees which lots of them learned by making mistakes in their 20's.

Hope it helps,
Paul

Hi,

www.in-otherwords.co.uk

My website isn't (yet) a blog, but I am a professional proofreader and editor specialising in academic writing, and I am intending to launch a blog soon with writing tips, dissertation help, and topics related to English for Academic Purposes to help students at UK universities submit high-quality assignments and research. If anyone has any particular issues or challenges, I'd love to hear about them as potential topics to address on my blog.

Hi,

My name is Chris. I'm 19 years old, and finished my A Levels last year. I'm not from a rich family and have very little savings. I went to australia as my gap year in order to learn new things and get out of a bubble. Ive fallen in love with the place, and want to study and live here indefinitely. However, as many know, we dont get student loans for Aus, and its very expensive. Here is how I will manage to make enough to study, and live my dreams. Hope you guys can too

Pretty much I started a TSR blog to give everyone my experience of University. I don’t start until September but I thought some people would find it helpful in the future!
