Hi everyone, I'm Cara! I'm in year 13 and I've already sent off my UCAS application for a combination of Physics and Natural Sciences courses (obsessively checking track and my emails every hour of the day ). I guess this first post will be where I update the main aspects of everything, such as uni application progress!

GCSE results: 7 A*s, 4 As (in English, English Lit, Religious Studies and Latin)
Hopefully they won't mind that considering what subjects my As are in, since I come from a grammar school, so contextualised they're not as good

AS results: A in maths, A* in EPQ on physics
A level predicted grades: A*A*A*A, maths, physics, chemistry, further maths

Further maths is probably the hardest subject, since although they predicted me an A I really want an A* so there'll be a lot of preparation for that :bawling:.

    Application sent: 27/09/17

University of Cambridge, Clare College - Natural Sciences (Physical)
    Acknowledgement: 28/09/17
    SAQ sent 11/10/17

    UCL - Natural Sciences
    Acknowledgement: 27/09/17

    Imperial College London - Physics
    Acknowledgement: 06/10/17

    University of Nottingham - Physics
    Acknowledgement: 29/09/17

    Royal Holloway - Physics
    Acknowledgement: 28/09/17

    Current goals:
    1) Make a timetable of when I can study
    2) Do more maths past papers
    3) Start eating more healthily (might help those stress levels :eek3:)

I'll try to post regularly, but this could all go downhill :dontknow:

Today I finished my revision notes for all of the electricity in first year of physics! I managed to be a bit healthier today, drinking water and I had some cashews and dried mango for a snack rather than crisps or something, because I really want to clear up my skin a bit for when it comes to interview time and for my 18th in December. Good impressions and good memories and all of that! Hopefully I'll get started on and close to finishing waves during this week coming.
