Explain why all points on a conductor must be at the same potential. please help

The simple explanation is that if there were two points at a different potential, this potential difference would cause electrons to flow through the conductor, and quickly reduce the potential difference to zero.Last edited by DoctorJem; 15-10-2017 at 23:21.
