I was originally at the start wanting to do Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Business studies but after going to the open evenings, I have got told that doing statictics rather than maths is a better option if you want to study medicine. I want to study either medicine or go down the business route like marketing or office work. After hearing that, I wanted to do statistics, biology, chemistry and business studies. But after reasesrching, Unis do not take business studies seriously as its a very soft subject and it will get you no where. So then I looked at economics as an alternative solution but then people say that its best if you take maths with it but then im doing statistics. I really dont know what to pick anymore. I know I will definitely do chemistry and biology, but then i have choose two subjects out of statistics, maths, business studies and economics. Please help me decide on which is the best for me.

I've never heard unis thinking business is "soft". The only ones I've heard they don't accept are general studies or critical thinking. Choose the subjects you think you'll do best in and enjoy more.
