Just wondering when lessons generally complete the syllabus and simply become revision lessons in prep for exams? Slime my German and History are barely halfway through the course !

There's lots of factors that can effect this. Whether you started your GCSEs in Y9 or Y10, how many lessons a week you have, how many lessons you've missed over the two years etc.

For me the first subject that finished was Science (by October of Year 11, since we started in Year 9) and my last was Geography (pretty much we were learning new stuff until the first exam in May).

It just depends on how fast your class/teacher goes. Some people I know didn't finish maths until the very last lesson before study leave.
