What would the best brexit deal have?
Keep it simple but if you need to explain further to make it easier to understand please do.
Also, no jokes please. Answer serious what you believe would be best brexit deal and why?

    Thanks!

PLEASE NOTE: You may have to dumb it down quite a bit for me since I have no knowledge about any of this at all.

Sorry I wasn't clear how much you would have to dumb this down.
Please explain this as though you are explaining it to someone with no understanding of politics, brexit, the EU or anything to do with this at all.

Lol sorry I am really uninformed about this.

    No single market.
    No customs union.
    No common commercial policy.
    No common fisheries policy
    No common agricultural policy

I would maintain free movement of labour subject to exclusions for non-EU citizens who later become citizens (this means we can reject all refugees).
I would be willing to pay for access to stuff like the nuclear programme, university research ect.. but no contributions beyond that gross figure
I would remain part of the european arrest warrant and europol and other security stuff.
I would agree to honor the article in the Lisbon Treaty which obligates us to defend any attacked EU member.

Upon leaving the EU customs union i would immediately abolish all tariffs on food and clothing allowing the consumer to benefit from Brexit almost immediately. I would also seek to abolish VAT as soon as possible.

Ideally we would get a free trade deal but with a transition of no more than three years, i would be prepared to go for no deal if the EU did not agree to give us a deal on services.
