    Hi all,

I'm interested in studying LLB Law at Exeter next year but was just a bit concerned about the social life/clubbing scene.

I've read that Exeter is pretty dull and the nightlife is uninteresting, while there are a lot of 'Oxbridge rejects' there which makes it full of posh, smarmy people.

Am I being unfair or is Exeter actually a good student town? I love the course and campus but the social life seems concerning!

Steady on, I ****ing love Exeter and pretty much the only reason for that is the social scene. There's a great crowd here, the societies and the people are v v fun, Exeter doesn't have the edgy Bristol clubs etc but we make up for that by going hard every night. The academics in first year are pretty easy so I'm pretty glad to say I've had the best time this term spending my days & nights in pubs & clubs.

    Exe love xx
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
