I'm really nervous about writing my personal statement for law as I'm desperate to get it right. I've been going over it in my head a lot and writing drafts but it just doesn't seem to flow. Has anyone got any tips on how to write a good statement that would impress the universities?

So far I'm going to write my introduction, a paragraph about books I've read about law, one about the two work experience placements I did, one on my visit to the courts and one on extra-curricular activities that link to law. Does this sound good?

I'm intending to apply to UCL and Nottingham if this helps.
