stupidly speeding and i just passed my test.. Watch

    So today i went out around thornton heath and i was doing around 33ish on this 30 road but i went past a 20 sign which i stupidly did not see and i was still doing 30/33 as i just passed my test this week...i found the speed camera on that street which i was speeding on do you think i will be caught out i desperately need my car for work as i was sick of taking public transport for the past few years this is the pic of the speeding camera if you could help me out here thanks...https://imgur.com/x8fGJC3

    That was a bit stupid of you. Luckily though, speed cameras are rarely configured to enforce a 20 limit, 30 is the minimum they are capable of. So as long as you weren't going above 33-ish you're likely in the clear. Just try and be more observant next time, or consider getting a satnav that can warn you of speed limit changes.

    Many navigation apps will tell you the speed limit and can be configured to beep if you're above it. That might be a good backup for you to have, especially where pedestrians are likely. Be safe.
