    mayne don't worry about it. Sometimes you got a TAKE A STEP BACK SO YOU CAN TAKE 2 STEPS FORWARD.

    At least you didn't break anything mayne - I remember when I broke my wrist a number of years ago, most depressing several months of my life lol, had to regain strength in it after it healed and shiet, couldn't play ball for months... don't worry mayne you gots this

    Do bodyweight reverse hypers or normal hypers if you don't have to kit. You can try deadhangs to decompress your spine too.

    I'm a powerlifter with a wilks of 400 and a herniated disc under my belt, this **** should sort you out. I'd also recommend getting your core as strong as possible. Again, hypers, and add standing cable crunches.

    + Hydration so there's a reduced risk in future. Buying a 2L aluminum water bottle from Chinabay was one of the best buys I've ever made.
