I'm 22 years old and always been undecided about my career, I'm currently a delivery manager at NEXT and the job is okay however there isn't much progression from my position and as it's under £21k it's not something I fancy doing for the rest of my life.

I studied Journalism at college, meaning I don't have any tradesman skills I.e. Plumbing etc.
I went to university for 2 weeks and dropped out because university just isn't for me.
A career I'm genuinely interested in is primary school teaching but I don't have a degree, I'm potentially open to a part time course if I had to, but preferably I would love to make a career without having to go to university.
I was wondering if people my age here were in a similar position to me and what you guys did or people without degrees who have a steady career.
    Thank you!

Unfortunatley for you primary teaching is a degree only profession. You could try being a teaching assistant first and see if you feel ready for university in a couple of years.
