    Hey,

I have an interview at Mcdonalds and I was wondering what Group Pre screen is and what I do in it?

    Thanks!

I haven't heard of the phrase group prescreen being used before but I have been through the process of getting hired at McDonalds and I think it's basically after you've been offered a job they get a group of you who are going to work there and go through some information, such as how training will work, online modules you may have to do etc. They will probably ask for a passport or proof of identity and your national insurance number but they will tell you what you need to bring.

Oh, so it's not even a interview or, because after that I have an OJE and in that email it tells me I have an interview... I'm very confused

I'm very confused now as well - apparently they sometimes do a group interview? In that case they'll just ask you pretty standard questions, e.g. who's your role model, why McDonalds, strengths and weaknesses etc. The OJE is nothing to worry about either it's pretty short and you just have to interact with customers politely.

Yeah it's probably a group interview like you said, but do we answer each question in front of everybody in the group, like do we all take it in turns? I've never done a group interview before. How does it work..
