I left school this year (16 years Old, 17 in November) and received my GCSE results in August. It is now mid-October and I am not in education anywhere.

I am looking for an apprenticeship as sixth form and college aren't right for me. I honestly just need the money. If I could get a full-time job I would but I have to be in education till im 18.

Since college and Sixthform started back in September I assume it is now illegal for me to be out of education. Does anyone know how long I can be out of education before I get into trouble?

You have to be in education in England until you are 18. So either Sixth form, Collage or an Apprenticeship

I didnt feel like doing an apprenticeship either, i got my results in august, got some Bs and mostly Cs. Went to a apprenticeship provider called jobwise training and i got a placement through them. However i have had many interviews from QA apprenticeships and gov.uk. Just apply to as many as possible, some days i done 10+ a day. Im 16 and im earning 300 quid a week which will get me my first car and whatever i want. Just put the hard work in and make a nice cv and personal statement and apply. Good luck
