Thanks for quizzing everyone. Took less than an hour as promised. I've now spent 16 hours awake off 2 hours sleep so I'm gonna have some digestives and milk and go to bed.:cookie:

    :goodnight:
Sleep well! Tomorrow might not be a good day for a 3am start
The questions were much more manageable today as well which was really nice

    Answers given below.

    Spoiler:
    Show
    1. Boston is of course the capital of Massachusetts.
    2. Michael Caine played Ebeneezer Scrooge in the Muppets Christmas Carol.
    3. Despite earlier short films featuring Mickey Mouse; the first Disney full feature film was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Points were given for simply Snow White because I'm geneous.
    4. Tito, Jackie and Jermaine Jackson, the three eldest siblings in the family, were the original members of the Jackson Brothers, which then became the Jackson Five.
    5. Mercury has the unusual property of a very low melting point. The lowest of all metals in the periodic table.
    6. Acrophobia is the fear of heights. Not vertigo, despite popular belief.
    7. 'the eve of All Saints' Day' is better known as Halloween. (coming soon to a forum near you:ninja:)
    8. Marianne Vos is a big name in cycling. The Netherlands' athlete has taken part in many different cycling disciplines, so I won't accept track cycling.
    9. Diurnal is the opposite of nocturnal. For those who didn't know I hoped you've learnt something from this quiz.
    10. The music that commemorates the Battle of Borodino is the 1812 overture.

Next quiz, tonight 6pm (I am genuine this time). Sorry for anyone unable to make it.

Tagging everyone who has posted between now and the when it started last night.
