Cut/tear in embarassing place

I think ive seen posts on this before, but i cant find them so ill post my own.

Basically after having sex with my boyfriend i was a little too rough and i have a small but rather painful tear/cut around the entrance to my vagina. It really stings when i pee, and i just was wondering whether there were any creams or anything i could use to stop it and help it heal asap? We wont have sex until I know its fine, as it just stings too much anyway... but isn't it liable to tear again once it heals, now that its done it the once?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated!
If it's small, I doubt it's anything to worry about. A little antiseptic cream might help (sudocrem is good for that kind of thing). But the best thing you can do for healing quickly is probably the same as for any cut, to keep it clean and dry. Avoiding knickers might be wise for a while, since they tend to create a warm moist kind of environment which is good for bacteria and bad for healing.
Here's hoping it's not a vaginal fistula...
A cut should heal, a tear might need to be sutured. Either way, once it's healed, yes, there is an elevated chance of it tearing again if there is scar tissue, but if it's just a scab job, then no.
I had this happen a few years ago. It healed quite quickly, and most of the time it's ok now. But I do have a tendecy to tear there again, and I have to avoid certain positions because I know they'll make it happen again.
If it's really ticking you off, speak to a plastic surgeon. I'm sure they could cover it with a flap of skin or something.
This happened to an ex a couple of times, it'll heal eventually. Just give it a few days rest.
