Getting a blood test done tomorrow, 3rd time I'm having it done
Basically, my veins are very deep and that makes it difficult to draw blood
(2nd test didn't technically happen as they couldn't get anything)

It won't be a fasting bloods, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any tips to help my veins stick out a bit more? Just want to make it easier for them to draw blood so I'm not being poked 4 times before something happens

    Thanks!!

I think it helps if you're properly hydrated, so make sure to drink plenty of water before

Have a good breakfast. Drink a bunch of water. Keep your arms toasty warm.
