I want to apply to do a geography degree at places like Lancaster, Leicester, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Keel.
    My predicted grades currently are
    maths A
    geography A
    and physics C
I was wondering if I would get considered to the unis even though my predicted grades are lower then the expected grades

(first time on here sorry if its in the wrong place)

If you are applying with 'one grade below' then there is a chance they may still consider you. Just remember that 'points equivalent' doesnt work for Unis requiring specific grade sets - and that a C isnt that impressive. Its worth one risky choice - just make sure your other choices are more realistic.

Worth a shot as a risky choice for 1/5 unis.

My mate got offered in University of Liverpool with predictions of BBC and University of Liverpool required ABB.

Probably his good personal statement pushed him to gain a offer for Computer Science with BBC predictions.

Definitely worth still applying, that's exactly what I'm doing. I went through the BTEC and RSL route as a music student, and I've worked out through my predicted that I won't have enough points. However, still worth applying as theres always clearing.
