I want to apply but my predicted grades are AAB and they want AAA? Is there any chance I'll still get an offer? I've been told my personal statement is good and I'm going to do EPQ!

There is a chance. Even if your predicted grade is one below, you can still be given an offer! If they don’t give you one or you don’t end up applying to there, don’t be discouraged. Just simple ace the exam and get the grades needed and try calling them back up for adjustment!

Hi
I study business and geography, plus a double BTEC ... my predicted grades are the equivalent of A* A* A* A... I was wondering if you knew anyone on the course that did a BTEC and if btecs are accepted? I know it’s a very popular course...

I have looked at the entry requirements for Management with Marketing and the typical offer for BTEC qualifications is D*DD in the Level 3 Extended Diploma (QCF). The typical offer for A-Levels is AAA or AAB with the EPQ, but there appears to be many other qualifications that are considered including BTECs, the IB, Scottish Higher, Access to HE etc.
Personally I don't know anyone that did a BTEC, but the course is quite big so I may not have met them! Most people seem to have done A-Levels or the IB.
I would recommend emailing or calling admissions (see under enquiries) to discuss your particular situation, they will be more than happy to help!
