Hello, I've been working in Tesco's for the past 2 weeks now and I'm really not enjoying it and I've been offered another job. However I'm not too sure what the notice period is as I have yet to actually sign a contract and as a result I cannot even get onto the ourtesco website.

If anyone can tell me how long I have to give if any at all that would be grand.

It's 4 weeks notice if you've been there for less than 3 months I believe.

Yep, because they don't want to hire someone and then they leave within the next week with no time to hire someone else. Though since you haven't signed the contract it might be different.

Just don't turn up? What are they going to do..sack you?
You'll be in probation period anyway still so if just started, signed no contract, and just don't turn up, they'll terminate the employment anyway.
