Hi I am sitting igcse next week and over the NEXT month with gaps between the exam. My mocks my predicted grade were.
But with one week to go I am feeling nervous and unprepared for some reason. Any tips on how to calm down and maintain my predicted grades? Especially worried for the sciences and math. Is there any tips on how to cram more past papers in this short period of time. I have been studying consistently through the year but still, have a feeling of being unprepared and scared of not being able to achieve the grades I want? From experience is igcse hard to get A and A*? HELP!

Don't worry! Your predicted grades are great and you've done exactly what you need to do -- lots of consistent hard work.
As and A*s are not impossible to get -- they are designed to be achieved! You might have heard people saying A* grade boundaries are 90% and stuff but honestly, just don't listen. I did, and I worried about this, and it was a waste of time because I did pretty well in the end. (It's not even true.)
I'd say not to cram -- if you want to feel more "prepared", cast your eye over exam technique at this stage. This will help. Other from that, get lots of sleep and eat well and try to do something to clear your head, like go for a walk or have a big bath. Very best of luck, I hope you get the grades you want, and it will all seem less stressful when you're on the other side.

keep going over the past papers for science and check the mark scheme to see the kind of answers they want you to put down
for chemistry know your reactions, colour tests, calculations etc. if you can do these confidently you'll have no problem in the exam
