Mayfield Road Accomodation

I live in Edinburgh and the Mayfield road buildings I think are kinda old (not victorian but like 1980s) I THINK anyway. Should be on the Kings Buildings Campus flats anyway. YOu'll love EDinburgh. Trust me

I've been offered a place at Mayfield Road Flats, but I can't find any info on it!!!! If anyone has any info on it e.g are they old or modern,are only for undergraduates or is it a mix of postgraduates and undergraduates, please could they post it below.

I accepted my offer of accommodation there, i'm a postgrad... are you ugrad? Here's the information I could get:

The flats are single sex for 5 people. The five people share a kitchen
area and bathroom. There is shared laundry facilities with a washer and
dryer. There is no ResNet in the flats but there is a standard BT line -
one per flat.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Mayfield Road is not on our
website but they are similar to Blackwood Crescent.


Oh, one more question to calamity jane.. you think that the mayfield flats will be close to the ones at west mains road? was this what you meant with 'on campus'? Thx!!

yeah, they are really close to each other (as in down the road)
