I am 24 years old. I think I have used up 2 years of funding through student finance. Am I eligible for an "Advanced Learner Loan" to go back to college and Study and HNC/HND?

Possibly - you'd need to speak to the college to make sure the COURSE is eligible. Previous degree funding doesn't affect your eligibility for an ALL - only your age and the course/provider you study with.

An ALL will only cover your course fees though. You'll still need to find living costs.
