I have anaemia, have had for many years, always very tired etc but my mum throws away my iron tablets and doesn't let me take them because she thinks they will make me gain weight. I'm a normal weight for my height and I know I am not fat but she tells me all the time that I should not eat this or that and stop drinking so much water and always tells me to exercise.

Yes, it's a type of neglect (medical) and she's also emotionally abusing you. She's not allowing you to properly deal with your medical problems and calling you names.
