Are you in the UK or abroad?

UK
If in the UK then the place to do it would be via your school, local college, distance learning or teaching yourself.

Outside UK
If you are abroad then there are two main providers. Cambridge International and who offer IGCSE and Edexcel who offer international GCSE. You find a provider abroad/ in your country and take it from there.
