I'm currently doing Politics, Spanish, Maths and Business but I realised that I chose the wrong a levels. I want to do medicine and want to change Business to Chemistry. Is it too late in the year to change subjects?

You won't know until you ask.
But technically, yes. Most places have a 2 week cut off point. But students aren't entered for exams until about May, so if you can convince your teachers you'll catch up on what you've missed so far in those subjects after half term, perhaps your college/sixth form will let you switch.

It is something that you would have to ask your school/college as they may have their own policies in place. It would also depend if they can arrange your timetable to suit the subject change.
