So this is a bit of a weird one, so when I failed Uni 2 years ago in first year I only failed 1 module, I was going to see if I could do that 1 module coursework this year then get into second year next year, does anyone know if the credits I attained in first year still stand or would I have to start again

It depends on the uni and their policies, as well as how much the course has changed in that time. You would need to contact the uni directly to see what they say.
