hi, for an assignment i have to give an example of paraphrasing. this is the quote i have to paraphrase:

"Another importance of education is that it helps you gain sufficient academic qualification so that you are able to get suitable employment at a later stage. A decent employment would be combined with hard-earned remuneration or salary through which you can look after your personal expenses."

can anyone give me some idea on how to do this? i had a go but i think mine was closer to resequencing as i used the same words just in a different order. i'm not really sure what counts as paraphrasing :/

Education helps you to gain useful qualifications and thereby improve your employment prospects, leading to higher pay and an improved standard of living.

Paraphrasing is merely saying the same thing in a different (usually shorter, but not necessarily) way.
