In March 2017 I completed my geography coursework and I was certain I had an A gave it to my teacher to print off and submit but when I gave it to her she changed it completely without telling me or asking for my permission and a week later she told everyone's marks and most had a*'s but I had a B. On results day I got my results and ended up having an A in my exams and B in coursework which brought it down to a B and I don't know what to do anymore I had both papers remarked and they came back the same I feel very down and don't know what to do The teacher blamed me for not coming back to improve it even though she made it worse.

Leave it to teachers to blame you for their mistakes, typical. I would say to the principal and tell them. If you dont feel confortable doing that for whatever reason or if they do anything, go to your parent. Dont beat your up too badly over that, okay? We've all *******s for teachers at least once.

Can anything be done about the fact that she changed my coursework without telling me?

Well im not sure. The first step I would say would be to prove what she did. Do you have any proof.

What do you mean by changed the course work? It's a little hard to advise you based on what you've said.

Either way a B instead of an A first one GCSE doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of your life. I wouldn't worry about it too much

I have proof she saved a new document and it says the save dates for both documents and the one she submitted was created a day before submission and she knows she did it because my table in my coursework had things removed from it and I asked why and she said it's not important.
