I've been predicted bbb in all my subjects. I study Sociology, English Lit and Politics.
I want to study English Literature with Creative Writing. Could I get into a good university with these grades?

Right now there seems to be such a shortage of applicants for universities that you shouldn't have any trouble. Also this is probably the wrong forum section.

From what I gather a combination of the job marketplace changing (more apprentices, more self employed etc) and the tuition fees going up. Uni just isn't always as smart a decision as it was 10 years ago, when uni's were expanding as fast as they could.
