Hi. For GCSE I currently study the compulsory options along with my chosen options.I have decided that i want to carry on and study my chosen GCSE options for A-levels too which are French,Spanish and Mandarin(chinese simplified)>However my secondary school(which is also a college) has said that they will no longer be teaching mandarin for A levels as I am the only one from the class who wants to study it.I also don't think that they will be running Spanish as there are only 2 of us who want to study it so far . Does anyone know how I could study all 3 languages for A level. I've searched for colleges near me in Derby and Leicester however i can't seem to find any colleges that offer these courses apart from a private school . The school have said that the language teachers could privately tutor me during my free lessons however i would have to still pick 2 other options so altogether i would be doing 5 levels which i think is too much. I picked travel and tourism as another A level to replace mandarin but the school have now stopped teaching the travel and tourism course . Does anyone know any sixth forms near leicester or derby that teach french, spanish, and mandarin or any way that i could study just these 3 subjects for a levels. Thanks
