I'm in my final year of A-Levels and i'm torn between two subjects to do at uni; creative writing and business. I was thinking of doing a joint honours but how would I go about writing my personal statement? Also, i'm applying to other unis just to do business so wouldn't a personal statement that mentions creative writing be confusing?

You don't need a creative writing degree to do creative writing. If you really want to do a course, there's quite often short courses available, or you may find a study group or society. Studying a degree - even joint honours - would be a very expensive way of doing something that's unlikely to enhance your employment prospects.
