I need advice I'm 17 currently and stand at about 5'5/6 but I would like to grow taller. I know your growth spurts are when you start puberty and at that time I done dancing but I've stopped ever since I was 12/13 and not really partaking in any sports which I know was not good, however I've joined a gym now. My mum is 5'1 and my dad 5'8/9 which I know are small but my two older brothers are 6'1 and 6'2, so I don't know if there may be a height gene? What are people's opinions and any advice? Thanks!

I'm afraid the likelihood of you growing any more is very slim, and there isn't really much you can do about it are you male or female OP? If you're female, you're just about above average anyway, which isn't too bad considering your parents' height.
