I'm a 19 year old part-time student that doesn't get out of the house much.

At the moment my way of interacting with others in my age group is online. Usually dating apps where me and certain person (male) find out we have something in common and take it from there which usually leads to them developing feelings for me or looking for 'casual sex'. I'm looking to develop my friendship circle but struggling. Any tips? Does anyone else feel this way or going through something similar?

Think about it, you're looking on a dating app. What else would you expect?

If you are a student at university, consider joining clubs and societies.

First off, dont get too close. I personally have a million friends online, but remeber its just online. It can be dangerous to trust someone full heartedly online because the internet is and amazing place, but also makes it very easy to lie. All I can say really is: dont give too much personal information, (although unlikely to meet one, the internet DEOS have lying predators). Always be cautious for anything suspicious, and be careful.
