Would it look bad if I ask work to take time off to attend therapy sessions watch

    The place that is offering therapy only do it during weekdays in hours that I work. I have just started this Job as well.

    I just say "doctor appointments" when I see my psychologist during work hours.

    I think that would depend on your specific workplace's policies. I don't, my boss just asked me to come in early on days I have appointments.
