    Hi guys,

So I got 2 B’s and 2 C’s for my AS level (B’s for English and Global, C’s for my Business and History). Obviously, not knowing that my teachers were going to give me the Predicted Grades of 3 A’s and 1 B (since my history teacher said I had so much potential, and I just didn’t study 😤), I decided to do re-sits since I knew I could improve and get 3 A’s. obviously business didn’t go as bright as I expected and I panicked for my first Papers in English and History. I was wondering, if I do get good grades, can I switch specific grades with my old grades? For example:

Let’s imagine, I get 2 A’s and 1 C (English lets say) would it be possible to switch those 2 A’s with my Original B’s and keep the B that I had for English?
The Cambridge exams officer told me that I can take my highest grades, but she didn’t go into specific about whether I would be able to choose the highest grades I have.

    Thank you!

You will have them all. You will have to declare them all to university but over time you may 'forget' the lower grades.

But wouldn’t that kind of be a disadvantage for me? Since the Universities will probably look at my lower grades and decide not to take me if I don’t fit their requirements?

You're in the same boat as anyone else - all grades must be declared.

What about predicted grades? Do they have any effect on the Universities?
