    Got 5A*s 4As and 1C, and whilts this may sound very good the C is in maths, which automatically disables me from applying to LSE and UCL, in despite of wanting to study IR which is a humanities course, and being predicted A*AA which exceeds the entry requirements
    With a C in maths GCSE do I still stand a chancd in getting in any of the following Unis for IR if I get my predicted A level grades?;
    KCL
    Durham
    Warwick
    Saint Andrews
    Exeter
    Bristol
    Lancaster
    PD: I come from a low achieving school infact i got the award for best gcse results + have extracurriculars if that is of any help.
    Any advice would be very appreciated!!

    Go through each of the unis and see whether they require a C or a B in maths and English. Its obviously a hinderance if they want a B and you have a C. If you are determined to go there, then resit.

    Your other GCSEs are fine as are your A levels.
