Hi, so i did my art gcse and got my results this summer, i got an A* and all my work was kept at school. Before we finished for summer my old teacher who left said that we could get all our artword back between october half term (which is next week) and november. However, my new teacher who has also just replaced my old one as head of department is now saying they have to wait a year until they can give us our work back. I see no need for this though as the moderation and enquiry deadline is finished. Our exam board is AQA, just wondered if anyone had any insight into how i might approach this with a more senior member of staff becuase its still the old gcse not the new 9 - 1 grade one so i see no need for our work to be kept for so long if last years students got this work back this time last year?

maybe it just looks really good and is for the new students inspiration? thats what they do at my school, hang up all the y11 A* work
