I don't know if I need to be worried about this at all but my heart rate has been randomly dropping suddenly recently - today it dropped to 34bpm (measured on an Apple Watch so idk how accurate) but when I look down my recorded heart rates it's getting lower and lower, and tends to stick around 48-56 a lot at the moment. I have been having intermittent chest pains and have lost some weight recently so could it be related to this? My ECGs in the past have usually come back normal/borderline normal so I'm assuming it's okay?

Lord I'm fit and my resting heart rate can reach 100bpm. Go see a doctor if you have concerns. People on TSR can't help you.

Athletes heart rates are really slow at resting rates - but I assume you're not an athlete? So, I'd probably get it checked out! But if you're okay apart from that, it might be a heart rhyme problem. But you mentioned you had a few chest pains so i'm sure you're okay but best to get it checked
