    get plenty of exercise & limit your screen time to one hour per day.

    Depends on why you're feeling like that. First thing to do is make sure you are eating and drinking enough, sleeping enough and well, getting fresh air and at least a little bit of exercise. If you're doing all that and you're still feeling that way it#s time for you to see a doctor.
    Loads of things can cause that sort of feeling so it's best to go see your GP, have some tests done and work out what it is. Once you know what it is you can work on fixing or managing it.

    But first thing is to look at the above. They all play an important role in your health including how you feel. Any of them not being done properly could make you feel like this.
