Hey, I am currently working on my Cover letter for the NAO, for the cover letter the post these requirements.

If you are interested in one of these vacancies, please submit your CV and a 3 page cover letter. For the first 2 pages of your cover letter, please provide evidence of:

Your interest and use of programming languages and/or visual analysis

an example of where you used quantitative analysis to solve a problem

the best quantitative model you have ever produced and why

an example of working in a team to complete a project to a challenging timescale

how you influence other people to achieve a desired goal

For the third page of your cover letter, please include a chart which illustrates one or more of the examples you provide in the first two pages of your cover letter. You may add additional text to supplement the chart but crucially, it must be produced using a software package such as MS Excel, Tableau, R etc.

I have a couple questions, 1) Is my cover letter only meant to include pieces of writing relating to these specific questions and none of the rest of the normal cover letter filler?
    2) Does anyone know what they mean by "Visual Analysis", as it seems rather vague and I am wondering if they just want me to write about being able to look at and understand data?
