    Hey guys.
I am a foreign citizen but have been resident in the UK for 5 years now. Will I be eligible for Home or Overseas Fees? And have any of you been classed as home by one uni but as an overseas student by another uni?

Which country. Are you EU/ EEA?

Unis will mostly follow the same rules as SFE for fee status, although they may sometimes assess the rules and evidence slightly differently.
The uni applies The Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 2007. Not sure if SFE apply the same but they are very close.

Contact the UKCISA helpline for further information.

Tbf I see i gave you the answer back in June. Check with each of the unis you intend to apply to. but I expect you will not get home status. You are a non EEA national and dont have settled status. Theres a small allowance for refugees and people under humanitarian protection.
