My boyfriend who I have been with for 4 months now and I’m completely in love with him, often comes out to me saying things like ‘you could do better’ etc, which is obviously not true, nor how I see it.

I want him to see what I see or start to accept himself more for the amazing kind hearted person he is, but he just isn’t and it’s starting to impact me, because I feel like anything I say just doesn’t work and he still sees himself in the same way.

I don’t know what to do anymore, anyone with any advice?

Maybe have a talk woth him about it and say how it is effecting you, it might be hard to get him see from your perspective though.
